WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We know you're going to love your product, but what happens when it doesn't go as planned? Since all of our products are handmade and fragile, we don't do returns. The only exception is if it arrives broken, send us a picture within 5 days of receiving it and we will be happy to refund you. Email us if you have any further questions!
ARE THESE GIFTS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
As cool as our products are, we do not recommend them as gifts for infants or small children. Some of our products are choking hazards, and almost all of them could be dropped and broken causing them to shatter. Not too good for a little one's delicate piggies!
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCT?
Good question! Clean your product with a soft cloth (like microfiber) and glass cleaner and keep them out of direct sunlight. The sunlight makes your creation age prematurely. Giving it a yellow tint.
